EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this product. Use of the product indicates acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install the product.

DISTRIBUTION

The product is provided as shareware and you may freely distributed the product, provided all files are included unmodified and upon condition that such distributed versions are for evaluation purposes only. Any license key provided to you personally is for your use only and must not be distributed with the product or passed to any other user.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the product.

EVALUATION

The product may be evaluated for a period of 30 days. After this period a license should be purchased or the product uninstalled. After the 30 day evaluation period, if a registration key is not entered, then the functionality of the product will be reduced.

LICENSE

If, after trialling the product, you wish to enable full use of the product you should register with Twiddlebit. After payment of the license fee, Twiddlebit will provide you with a license key in your name to use with the product. Such a provided license key is for your personal use only and enables use by you of the full version of the product on any number of personal computers.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the product.

UPGRADES

If you purchase a license for the product you are entitled to download and install any minor or major upgrades that Twiddlebit may make available to the product without further charge by Twiddlebit Software. This free upgrade policy is limited to upgrades to Plan on the same platform only. Twiddlebit make no promises to provide such upgrades.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Twiddlebit or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other loss) arising from the use of or inability to use the product.
